This was built by someone who was lost but seeking. In pain. Sensing something was off but unable to name it.
They looked for the thing that would meet them where they were. They didn't find it. So they built it — slowly, over years — from the inside out.
The name came four or five years before the understanding did. That gap is the point. You don't need to have it figured out to begin. You need to begin so it can begin to figure itself out.
Philosophy
To facilitate the being of others. And gently push them to seize.
Most people sense something is off but cannot name it yet. This is not here to give answers. It is here to reflect clearly.
A mirror is only useful if what stands in front of it is real.
What this isn't
Not a course. Not a guru. A mirror.
There is no system to memorise. No framework to subscribe to. No mantra. No "five steps." There is only what you already know, brought into a place where you can finally see it.
The work is gentle. The truth is not. Both held.
